...START YOUR ENGINE AND AS YOU REV YOUR MOTOR YOU SHOULD SEE THE ARM ON THE POWER VALVE MOVE. IF NO MOVEMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THAT SIDE ENGINE CASE AND CHECK CHECK VALVE
