2006 Hero Honda Splendor+ "motorcycle running cylinder" Questions

Oil in the sump of Motor cycle became dry. forgotten to fill. now filled full but has black smoke coming out of exhaust pipe sometimes alongwith fire (as if some friction happens inside). Please advic
