run out off gas it will crab the dirt from the bottom and clogg your screan on your fuel pump, easy fix is to clean screan if it's not to late (meaning how many times have you let it run out off gas).

fuel filter. and your pump. be sure to give the carb a good bath with crab cleaner to rule out clogged hoses or plugs check for vacumm leaks.but it sounds like it may need a rebuild on that carburator
