noisy piece of junk isn't cool. Second, the engine is tuned to operate optimally with the muffler attached. Removing it will screw up the pressure ratio for your engine and will mess with your engine.

noisy, but you probably might not notice that the noise is not present in 4th. As the bearings deteriorates, the countergear will slowly start dropping and the gears will no longer be running properly
