Heater will not blow hot Top up Fluid level in over flow tank and radiator ( when cold ). Run engine to normall operating temperature and check for heater blowing hot air.Good starting point.

heater not blowing hot air. all controls inside work. i think it might be the heater valve more likely it is the heater core, if your heater blowes cold air 90% of the time this fixes it!

...both heater hoses are hot. Sounds as if the 'Blend door actuator' function is not working. it is stuck on the cold and the gear that turns the door to open the gate for the hot air is stripped

heater blows,but does not get hot Get it up to temperature, with heater on, feel the hoses that go to your firewall, they should both be hot to the touch, if one is, you may have a plugged heater core

...radiator is full touch both heater hoses. One side should be HOT and other side warm. If that is all ok check fuses for heater and HVAC, both use same doors in hear control. I hope this helps ...
