...looking for them near the motherboard battery and bios chip. if you change the jumper on the wrong pins then it is very unlikely you will do any damage, just put it back to how it was before

pins (labelled 1, 2, and 3), and look for a small "jumper" that is connecting pin 1 to pin 2. Move the jumper to connect pin 2 to pin 3. Wait 5 seconds. Move the jumper back to connect pin 1 to pin 2.
