Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx "replace deleted maps" Questions

I have deleted pre loaded maps in my gps colorado 300. How do I reset. If the maps are deleted they are gone! Contact Garmin and ask them to replace the maps. There is no way of resetting deleted maps
