Sony CDX-T69 6-Disc CD Changer "car stereo display eject work" Questions

Car battery went flat about a month ago. I had to put the code in to get the radio and cassette to work, which was fine, but since the flat, the CDX T69 hasn't been recognised when i've gone to change
