NetGear WNDR3400 N600 Wireless Dual Band Router (WNDR3400100NAS) "slow working" Questions

Windows 7 Pro 64-bit calls this an unknown device. I have gotten it to work, but it is very slow. Is there a driver that will make Windows recognize it and hopefully speed it up? 64bit works bluetooth
