When i start the car in the morning it trottles a little bit then dies. when i stop reving the car the engine dies.

bad cable. contact local atv dealer for repairs

It sounds like your automatic choke is not working You need to hold the ecalerator down just a little bit until the motor warms up. Cheers

Try pulling out your choke and not reving the engine if your engine fails to stay started depress the
choke and try again but this time jump on your bike and don't give the scooter two much gas and run it around a little bit, you might need to place some premium gas in it. I't could well be bad gas.
How long has the scooter been sitting?

may need new spark plugs and wires and if that dosent fix it try changing your fuel filter.

Possible low fuel presure at idle. If new fuel filter does nt fix , then it will
require a new "fuel pump". Have you driven this car on low fuel level often?

Torque converter is locking up, common for this model. My wife's is doing the same, just changed filter, fluid, and added Lucas trans fix. Hope this works for a little bit, 2000-2500 to fix this if not.

The troy bilt tiller is designed so that the engine revs up when the tiller starts to dig. If it is running just start tilling and the engine will rev as it needs to. If it won't start, get back as I can assist you with that.

Did you change the fuel presure regulator located in the throttle body?

You either have an intake manifold leak, a defective trottle position sensor or a stuck idle speed control valve.
