Handle grip problem, 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50

I removed the screw for the handle grip and discovered there's a small bolt on the inside of the handlebar that fell inward, tried to get it back into the slot several times and it no longer fits tightly and spins if I try to get the screw back in. What is the best way to fix so I can screw the end cap back in?

The only way is to get some locktight or super glue on it to keep it in place for a bit.

Removal of a front tire on a boulevard c50

your going to need a motorcycle lift or another way to get the front wheel off the ground and hold the bike safely. then remove the capiler from the front forks. once that is done. remove the cap to axle bolt and some have a second hold down bolt. my vl1500 has two bolts. 1 for the axle and a second to hold it in place. when removing the axle becareful to remember the location of the inserts for spacers. they can only go one way or the tire will bind up. might be a good idea to label the spacers with a maker and use an arrow to know which way it was pointing to help when putting it back together. and when you get the caliper off I use a screw driver to move the pads apart to make it easy to pull the caliper out of the way. when its back together. pump the brake handle a couple times to build the pressure up and seat the brake pads again. if not you wont have brakes when you try to stop.

How do I remove the front turn signal assembly of a 2006 Suzuki C50 Boulevard?

on the 2005 intruder there is a small screw under the plastic wing shaped chrome thing under the headlight. this wing thing can then be pulled to the front and u have access to the nuts and bolts that hold the indicators to the rest of the bike.

Can't get the end off to replace the foam grip on a harley

Hi
If its the handle bar grip you are referring to, they are a slide on fit... can take some initial leverage to get them off, go carefully and prise it away.

Suzuki C50 Boulevard (4k miles) backfires during deceleration when under pressure. (the clutch handle is not pulled or it has just released.) It really gives one loud POP! The rest is the usual sounds of...

Backfiring when the throttle is closed shows a lean mixture. Either you, or your mechanic should take a look at the mixture, and there's a 99% chance that that was the cause of your problem :)
