NOT GETTING ANY FUEL
The fuel pump is controlled by the PGM-fi main relay. If there is no power to the fuel pump,check this relay
Spray carb. cleaner in throttle body., if it starts you have a bad fuel pump

There may be a fuel pump fuse or connection you can undo but the relay is integrated with the entire injection system. If you disconnect it, you will lose spark as well. I would look through the fuse box first, I will drag out my wiring diagram in the morning and give you more specific details.

in the fuse box up by the firewall on the drivers side .... fuse 13 fuel injector relay is the only fuel related fuse/relay that i could locate.fuse 9 in the passenger compartment fuse box as well.... what size motor is in your car ?

The PGM Main relay is outboard of the glove box. You can see it if you get the glove box out of the way, but to remove it, you need to pop the triangular shaped plastic trim off of the end of the passenger side of your dash. The relay is held in place with one 10mm bolt and the electrical connector.

Fuel pump is in the tank, there may be an access panel under the back seat area. One thing to check is the Main Relay. Ususally up under the dash, Left Dash area, I dont have a diagram, but you will need one to find and verify the relay operation.
The fuel pump relay is located under the dashboard of the car right next the fuse panel. Depicted in the included photo, is the exact replacement relay for a 1994 Honda Civic DX, and should look like, or similar to, the one located by the fuse box.1,138 views
