Okay, now it sounds like it's not getting any fuel but first I'd check to see if the sparkplugs are sparking? If they are then move onto the fuel system.
Take off the fuel pipe going to the carbs & see if there's anything coming out? If not, there's a restriction somewhere, maybe a bad fuel filter inside the tank or a dodgy fuel pump. If there's no pump on the bike maybe the vacuum pipe going from the tank to the carbs has a hole in it, split or came off. This pipe draws the fuel from the tank to the carbs.
If you've no battery charger, you can try start the bike using a set of jump leads hooked up to a car battery as it's 12volts as well.
Let me know how you get on.

Take your carb off and apart and clean it throughly. Check your float to make sure its not getting stuck. If it ran fine befor do not tamper with the adjustment. Just free it up with lube then spray it clen with carb cleaner or starter fluid

the carbs are proberbly blocked, you might have rust in your tank that will keep blocking, put an inline fuel filter in and get carbs cleaner, you also got a flat battery, give i little revs until it starts then adjust the idle

I added a bit of bad fuel in the tank

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, try to drain the carbs themselves. Each carb has a drain screw at the bottom specifically for this purpose. Just turning these drain screws a couple of turns counter-clockwise would allow the fuel inside the bowl to drain out through a hose. Normally, I do it with the tank's fuel valve open (PRI) so as to enable the gas to flow freely, the fresh gas to wash the inside of the bowl and prevent the float from sticking in the open position. In some instances that the the tank's fuel valve open is closed when doing this, the carb has a bad habit of overflowing. Of course care and safety should be in mind as raw fuel would tend to be draining out.

Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.

Bike trouble

Yes! You will open those things up, and they will probably look pretty clean, but the problem with your carbs is in the Idle circuit - too small for you to see into. If you do a search of carb cleaning or related topics, you'll see that alot of folks with cab problems try to clean their carbs ... only to have to open them up again due to improper cleaning (They are difficult to clean properly, require alot of patience) So, I would suggest that you have them cleaned professionally, or at least buy good carb dip to get them really clean. Spray cans of carb cleaner are worthless. Might as well wash em with dish soap.
