Difficulty starting car- egine cranks but car does

what crank or
cranks fast but engine dead or stalls in 10sec or less
or stalls 4ft..
stalls only warm is key fact.
we can not hear you crank any egine
bad/dead starter is 6 causes. mostly.
dead engine is 50 (and piles of tests) complex they are.
so which is it?

P0332 = Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor - no signal.
The sensor monitoring the RPM's of the engine isn't communicating with the vehicle's ECU, (brain). This could explain the difficulty starting the engine.

When you say you're having a hard time starting it does that mean it cranks over fine but it just takes a while to start or does that mean the starter is dragging when you try to start it

check for a faulty fuel pump relay and fuel pump fuse. if both are ok, check for faulty fuel pump

run fault codes and check for cam/crank position sensor. Check that the cam shaft is turning ( broken timing belt/chain) check that the immobiliser is operational.

Can you give more of a description of what happens ?
Does the engine crank over ? Does it try to start ?

Hello here is what we can try sit in your car be sure all assesories are off turn the key to the on position you should here a grunt sound comeing from back seat area it should be like GRRRR that is your fuel pump if you do not here this by turning your key to the on postion with out cranking egine over your fuel punp is your cause of not starting.You will need to look into replacement thsi is my solution to you.

Have someone check for spark at the plugs,if no spark either the crank sensor or cam sensor has gone bad,and making a guess from working on these I would say the crank sensor but you should be the mil lamp "check egine light" to come on and set a fault code,this assumes the engine cranks over and fuel system is ok
