SOURCE: my car cuts off at low speed, usually when

The EGR valve may be sticking open.... most likely ...

Possibly clogged fuel injectors... (not as likely). Use a brand name fuel injector cleaner ($6 AutoZone) or "complete fuel system cleaner ($8 AutoZone). No store brand stuuf, just name brand.

SOURCE: Does a faulty crank sensor set a code on a 2001Silverado

It should set a diagnostic fault code, but if it does not then take out the sensor and inspect for a crack in it or motor oil in the electrical plug connector which indicates a faulty sensor.

SOURCE: Engine dying while running full speed and

This is an electrical problem, I had this last winter where the car was restarting or the starter was not disengaging. The problem was with the starter. the contacts that meet the plunger in the starter were grooved severely and binded with the contacts.
I had to replace the contacts inside the starter.

I have a 2008 Infinity QX-56 and it shakes terribly when I apply the brakes when driving at highway speeds. It also feels like the suspension is bad when you go over a bump or hit a pot-hole.

Warped brake rotor usually cause high vibration at high speeds. But you can also feel it at lower speeds. But bad ball joints and tie rod end will cause vibration at high speeds. Ball joints will pop at pot holes, sometimes. Tie rods can be felt in the steering wheel at a stop. Move the wheel slightly to the left and right, you can feel/hear a tap as you turn it.

Hi, My Versa wanders at speeds over 70mph. Probably electric steering. How can I make it more stabile on the highway? The car did it since new. It has been checked for everything that could go wrong.

have an inspection done on the steering and front end suspension
loose /worn ball joints steering end joints , wheel alignment and faulty tyres will give you this indication
The power steering pump does nothing more that provide pressure into the steering box/rack to assist with the steering
it may be that the steering is to sensitive at speed and most systems compensate by having less power assist at speed
take it to a steering specialist accredited shop as the control valves may need replacing or adjusting

Rough idle while in park, cutting out on highway

It could be something as simple as a vacuum line, but sounds fuel related. Possible pump.get a fuel pressure reading done and if pressure doesn't hold.....suspect fuel pump

Truck doesn't hold the road on bumps. Turning on bumpy road at highway speed causes the truck to skitter. Shocks have been replaced. Ball joints?

the caster needs to be checked as well as loose steering components too much negative caster will cause this also too much air in the tires

I have a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with 64,000 miles on it. It recently has developed a "clunk" on the right side below the passengers feet when driving over rough payment at lower speeds. There is no...

it sounds like a ball joint which is located by the wheel. jack up that wheel and try to move it side to side and up and down by hand. If it moves then your ball joints are bad. You can do the work yourself, however you will need a ball joint press. If it is a ball joint I would get if fixed quick, when a ball joint breaks the wheel will either lay over sideways or go up and rip the fender off the van.
