What brand is it ., if it's a silicon pad stick it to bottom or side of oil pan somewhere (heat rises) if it's a dip stick kind stuff it in dipstick holeand run it., . Oh remove heat dipstick replacing with old one when starting a driving veh.,.my personal opinion

go buy a zero start frostplug engine heater you will also need a hammer and a long punch to force out the old soft plug. in the kit it will tell you what frost plug to remove. and in what position the heater will need to be installed .

Most Jeeps use the power steering pump to adjust belt tension. there is a slide bracket at the bottom and a pivot bolt on top. adjustment is made by tightening a bolt at the end of the lower bracket. I have also seen this arrangement used on an idler pulley right below the pump but I may be thinking of some other vehicle.
