Will not idle 2007 Qlink Commuter 250

Have a Q Link 250 cc scooter that runs as long as your using starting fluid on it, it is pumping gas to the carb, and carb bowl is full. any ideas would be appreciated. @

Unlikely. Squeaking is usually caused by dirt - go out and give it a good thrash, including some really hard braking...

did you clean the carb too when you drained it? If not, that would be step #1
