I actually have a 2003 american ironhorse Tejas with the 107 cu in S4S engine. It will only start if I have a charger hooked up to it during the start process and then it sounds like its only running on one cylinder when you give it gas. with the plug out it appears to have a weak spark when it has one. I changed out the coil, battery, wires and plugs and rewired the connectors to no avail.. I'm also having a problem now with the start switch ( changed out the ignition relay for this problem to no-avail). Only cranks by pushing the button on the starter itself. Could this be related '' possibly a ignition control module problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated Thanks.

I have this same problem. It just happened to me. Can't figure out why all of a sudden I have no spark.
Have you/ can u run a compression check ?
Have you tried cleaning your earth terminals?
