Control pressure regulator bad or main line pressure relief valve stuck in fuel distributor.. Remove valve install new o-ring and purge bore with carb cleaner (don't get carb cleaner on new oring). If you have checked these things and it still starts hard hot....replace the accumalator back next to the fuel pump.

Change your ignition module. The distributor is a weak point of the Honda, I will always change out the whole thing than just try the coil.

Check your fuel vapor recovery system, your van has unusual set up, and the effect is RAW fuel gets purged, rather than vapor.
The dead giveaway test is does the issue happen on light acceleration? Does it stop if you let off the throttle? Can you accelerate harder and "get past" the issue?
