Engine oil capasity of honda cd 100 - 2011 Atlas Honda CD 100

Hey the GX390 engine oil capacity is just a little over 1 quart of oil you have to place the engine on a flat surface to verify that the oil is at the correct level, if your engine has a big dipstick it has to be filled to the lip where you pour in the oil or if it has a small and long dipstick check for 2 dots and fill to the upper dot.

OK, here's a YouTube video describing how to do this. However it's not in English. But the guy does a good job of showing how to find to drain port and should be sufficient for you to figure the rest out.

check oil level .low oil causes vacuum in the carb, causing fuel starving .
also check capasator has not blown in generator .

Honda recommend changing the oil after the first 1000km and at 4000km therafter every 4000km

Several tips; Maintain the air pressure in tires at the highest max PSI as embossed in the sidewall of each tire. Don't rev the engine needlessly. Turn the engine off when stuck in traffic. Change to a larger front sprocket with one or two more teeth, ( 12 teeth to 13 or 14 teeth ). Ride slower for less wind resistance. Keep the chain oiled. Change gearbox oil every 2000 miles. Now this is the time for you to do some engine works you have to change the valves in the head and if needed change the bore with piston set .
