I have an 04 firebolt and sometimes it can be a chore getting nuetral on it also. Are you sure your not just skipping it by going to far with shift lever? I sometimes have to have it in 1st or 2nd and lightly let out on the clutch handle. Just enough that the clutch wants to ingage the gear . I rock the bike forward and back a little while looking for nuetral.

the battery cables and the battery its self. Have the battery tested or just replace it. Make sure it's the right battery for the bike too as even a small difference will spell a failure.

I have a 05 buell firebolt xb12r and sometimes it does not want to stay running when i give it fuel but only in low rpm between 1000 and 3000 i just recently got the bike and the owner before me installed...

Have you had the ECM replaced to provide a better 'tune' for your upgraded parts? Also You might want to reset your TPS, it creates issues like your describing.

I have a 2006 kawasaki 636 first gear works fine but when I put it in second and it gets to 4000rpm it pops back into neutral by its self

It sounds as though your clutch is out of adjustment, or in need of replacement. Does it "pop out of gear" in any other gear, or just second? It may just be out of adjustment, a simple fix-

My neutral light doesn't go off when I put it on gear 2006 bull xb12s

If your bike shifts normally, and the light stays on, chances are you have a bad switch. The switch is located ontop of the transmittion on the right side. It is fairly hard to get to. There are usually 2 wires that connect to it. Though if it were the connection, it would be off all the time.

I would check this first. Get a known good switch and replace it. Or just buy a new one and have it done, lol

Hope this helps

Stuck in gear .. can not get it out of a gear

Stuck rebuilding the Transmission - or installing a new motor. Try not to beat the transmission to death next time.

I have a 06 buell xb12r muffler install now runs like ****

there are a couple of options. one is the Buell "race ecm" the other is to use a software package like ECMspy to re-program the ecm. This has been gone over in-dept over at www.badweatherbikers.com. the power commander and other "piggyback" tuners do not work well with the buell, and your is almost certainly running very lean.
