How much coolant and water should my 2001phone yz

Sorry I do not know about your yz per se but you should have a coolant full mark in your system coolant bottle and if not over full you should not have any coming out of the overflow line. You might have fluid coming out if you have a head leak into the coolant system though but check first that you are not overfull, the if you still have coolant coming from the overflow tube check to see if the coolant goes down and keeps going down further and further. Then pressure test your cooling system and check your coolant cap.

Anti freeze leaking into cylinder

Your head gasket or inner o-ring is bad. A worse scenario would be a warped head. Try the gaskets first.

Water is coming out of the cylinder head studs

Most likely the head gasket. remove it and make sure the surface on the cylinder and head are flat, and replace the gasket if they are good. Be sure to torque the head bolts and tighten in a criss-cross way. (Inspect the old gasket to verify where it leaked.)

Anti freeze leeking

I have seen a couple of these now with headgasket leaks to the outside of the block just as you describe. I solved them both with a stop-leak additive, not something I would normally use, but I really didn't want to pull the heads because the exhaust studs always break on these engines. I would find out for sure where the leak is before proceeding though. If it's a hose or frost plug, you'll have to repair it properly.

I'm getting a "creamy" oil coming out of the overflow

when oil becomes creamy or foamy it is a sighn that you are getting moisture in it. you must have water leaking into your oil. you should fix the problem soon because your oil will not work properly with an excess if moisture in it.

Water leak/mixing with oil

change the seal behind the water pump impeller
the shifter shaft seal will stop leaking
if it continues to mix water and oil you will have to change the head gasket
