Specifically I'm trying to identify the wire on the spark plug coil assembly to which I should connect the signal wire of a Tachometer to. The wire colours are, red, yellow, green/white, and blue.

It says the tachometer wire is Yellow/Green, you do not have that listed. You will find it in the list below, it is highlighted..

Which fuse is for the cigarette lighter in the chrysler 300

I'm surprised no answer stated that the trunk had another fuse box. That one had the fuse clearly matching the manual. Unfortunately they dont even tell you in the manual for the car that that's where its located. Please check under the cover for the spare tire in the trunk for the fuse. I learned the hard way. Hope this helps 2013 Chrysler 300 AWD car owners.

The console button wont release the trunk. We dont have the key to the trunk, only the ignitian. ALso the clock isnt working suddenly at the same time.

well the trunk is electronic and seeing as the clock stopped working as well this leads me to believe that a fuse is blown. More than likely the Acc (accessory fuse) this fuse is located in 2 places.

1.) the kick panel under the driver side..
2.) the fuse box under the hood.

Dont worry the cover of both compartments have detailed diagrams showing where each fuse is. Now all you need to do is locate that fuse and replace it. Look for trunk, acc or accessory.

An alternative if the above isnt the problem is that the trunk is controlled electronically by a device called a regulator. There must have been some sort to cause both the regulator and clock to stop working,

You can gain access to the trunk (depending on the vehicle) by dropping the backseat. Then crawling inside. Now there should be a plastic cover covering the lock of the trunk if there is remove it. now you would notice a wire cable thingy, pull it to open the trunk. Replace the regulator and your set.. ps, The regulator is the plastic gun shaped thing with the wire sticking out of it.

Left keys in ignition overnight, turned to have interior lights on. battery is dead, cant get key out or pop trunk to get to the battery to charge it.

If you know anyone that has a portable booster, you should be able to plug the cord from the 12v outlet on the booster into the 12v (cigarette lighter or accessory charger) in the car, and get enough power to pop the trunk.
