SOURCE: procedure to change serpentine belt 2006 toyota tacoma?
Here is your Solution!
You will need to Locate the Belt Tensioner. It has a Large Pulley on a Bracket that Has a Bolt in the Middle and a Smaller Pulley that Goes Under the Belt and Holds Tension on it. You will need to get a Wratchet, Socket, and Cheater Bar. Turn the Bolt On the Top Large Pulley with the Wratchet and Cheater Bar. This will Lower the Smaller Pulley So that you will be Able to Remove the Belt. Please Rate My Response! Thanks! P.S. the link below is for the Belt Routing Diagram.

SOURCE: tension pulley for the Serpetine belt
The tensioner is the 3 1/2" pulley located between power steering pump and alternator down about 5" on front of engine. Does it have air conditioning?
If you need the diagram please post your email address and I will email it to you as I do not know how to post pictures on this.
SOURCE: cant find drive belt tensioner bolt to loosen serpintine belt
The serpentine belt tensioner / pulley is on the front of the engine, and part of the belt 'routing'.
Its job is to put tension on the belt as it drives the other devices
like the power steering pump, water pump, air conditioning compressor.
It is an aluminum casting that mounts with a single bolt to the engine. The pulley is attached to the arm.
There are a few ways to move / pry the arm inwards, thus releasing the
tension on the belt for removing/installing: grab on the pulley bolt
(15mm?) with a wrench, or some later models have an opening for a 3/8th
socket wrench to attach to directly without a socket.

could be the alternator, water pump
take the belt and spin all the pulleys and listen for noise and make sure they turn smoothly
another trick is to take a can of wd40 or equivalent and spray the bearings 1 at a time till the noise goes away or quiets down
