Sounds to me that the ecm, or tps, is going bad this controls the way the engine reacts more or less you have a high speed fuel problem. will not be injector problem. tps -[throttle position switch] controls fuel in carb

My 1999 chevy blazer runs fine when cold but 20 miles or so the rpm gauge starts turning off and on... i can feel power lessening when its turning off after a while it turns off compleetly but car still...

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge an see if you are not loosing fuel pressure causing this running problem. Hook it up to the fuel rail with a long enough hose to locate the gauge where you can watch it while you are driving. If you are loosing pressure then check for fuel resistance in the line, fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump going bad.

1999 K1500 with P1351 code only starts when it is cold outside

as far as i can tell the P1351 code is Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage or it could be crankshaft sensor as my old Renault had this problem, and the P1440 is your petrol or gas cap. make sure its on tight when you fill up your car.

Blazer 1999 won't start got spark new fuel pump

Pull off one injector connector and use a test light or voltmeter to see if one wire has power with key on.
Power to the injectors is fed through the ignition switch, so with key on, you should have power there. The injector ground is inside the ECM. If you have power, you'll have to diagnose the circuit for why computer doesn't ground the circuit when it should.

I have a 1999 chevy blazer that will turn over but won't start. prime with fuel runs untill it runs out. have code of p1351 in it

Need more info.......It could be the injectors are not pulsating...Check to see if it is spraying fuel from the injectors....If not it should be a clogged fuel filter or a fuel pump....It is almost definite though that it is the fuel pump/sending unit in the tank ...IF it is not spraying from injectors....
Disconnect battery remove main fuel line going in the fuel filter under vehicle frame at drivers side..with drain pan under it of course...Reconnect battery turn engine over and watch for fuel...
You will need an assistant...Most people think fuel is under great pressure but it is not.....If everything works the fuel will come out in a stream...But it wont come out like a bullet...
If fuel comes out Fuel pump in tank is good...Then your problem is at the injectors ...I would change the filter of course anyway...unless you just have...You will see rusty dirt come out of it if it is clogged...It is always good to change fuel filter every 15,ooo....Todays fuel is terrible...I would first check or swap fuel relay with a new relay or identical relay in fuse power block ...Make sure they are all good....................What engine and how many miles ? 2000 blazer will start and idle fine. but wont take fuel. the rpm will run up to 2000 after 2000 it looses power.i have checked the igntion/fuel presure/replaced throttle postioning sensor/replaeced fuel...

CHECK THE JETS , YOU HAVE GAS PRESSER BUT YOU COULD HAVE MAYBE JET PROBLEMS AND CHECK AIR HOSE'S.

I Have a 2002 blazer that starts but motor dies, surges when accelerating

If this engine is a VORTEC then you may have a problem with the internal fuel system. Under the top plenum there is a fuel reg and poppet valves that inject fuel into the cylinders. Sometimes the tubes that run fuel from the reg to the valves can leak and cause your problem. This cannot be found with pressure check because this occurrs after the reg. PS fuel mileage will go down. Let me know if this helps.Moe

I Have a 1999 blazer that starts but motor dies right away.

Check the fuel delivery, first. It could be fuel pump or an obstruction. The best way is to start the car in park, then run over to the engine compartment and rev up the throttle. Keep idle higher than normal. If it wants to die, rev throttle higher to compensate. If it makes no difference, verify fuel pressure when engine dies. Usually ignition related wont even allow the car to start. Any service engine indication?

probably not fuel filter . probably going to have to remove the upper intake and replace the fuel injector spider(fuel inj assebly) if it is droping fuel pressure it is leaking into the upper manifold
