Check on your motor you have some where a place how you have your number of your celynder

find noise location first. never ignore noise on machines. and 10x that on man movers. 100x that in the air.

then scan it. using any obd2 scan tool,
a tool that does Jeep factory codes. 10x that.

no it could be window switch or window motor

the vin is all over the jeep the main one is on the drivers side dash behind the windshield look from the outside its also on every body part its a white sticker

There is no way the car would be made without a chassis number or so called VIN identification. Since 1986 all car manufacturers are required to have the VIN in printed into the body where before they could have it on a plate, since 2000 many cars have their VIN on a small plate on the bottom of the front windscreen. have a close look around the engine bay for the VIN number on a plate or on the body itself. Or if you cannot get it just get someone to plug the diagnostics computer and you might get it this way unless the computer was erased before.

drivers side front of the engine i believe it is on the timing cover but the camshaft tone wheel is on the left side head.

get a flashlight.check on lower right side of engine,it might be covered in dirt so dont give up,you'll find it

OPEN HATCH AND REMOVE TWO SCREWS FROM THE INSIDE OF THE BODY PANEL FACING THE TAIL LIGHT. GENTLY PULL THE LIGHT BACKWARDS UNTIL THE WHOLE LENS AND LIGHT FIXTURE COME OUT FROM THE BODY. UNSCREW THE SOCKET AND REPLACE THE BULB. I HOPE THIS HELPS. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA.

Call local jeep dealership. Give them your VIN number and they can supply you with the radio code. Did you check the glove compartment? Most of the time its located inside on a sticker.
