Your fan may be running all the time, or possibly a vacuum leak but if it were one loud enough to hear you car would be running rough.

I have a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5 and when driving and picking up speed it has a loud humming sound coming from under the floor board wheel bearings seem okay. Any ideas on what else could be wrong?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

Wheel bearing are the most likely. If you just jack up the car, you will feel movement or roughness. The other possibility is the transmission. check the oil level or ATF level.

Ideas here, also mechanics have magnetic microphone kits to pinpoint noise.

2010 ford focus automatic trsnsmission makes rubbing noise when accelerating from acomplete stop . noise continues until 2nd gear engages. from then on all is fine. reverse sometimes doesnt engage, ma

A carrier bearing usually pertains to the differential assembly and would not cause the symptom you describe. There is a problem with this transmission that causes it to not drop completely to first gear after a period of driving. Ford is aware of it but I do not believe they have initiated a recall. Call your Ford dealer(s) to see if you can find an honest man. Ask for the service manager.

I HAVE A 2010 NISSAN MURANO...I HAVE A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM MY CAR THAT SOUNDS LIKE A JET ENGINE TAKING OFF/WINTER TIRES ON A CAR...I REPLACED MY 2 FRONT TIRES BECAUSE IT WAS NEEDED AND ACTUALLY THOUGH...

That most likely is a bad wheel bearing my friend. Jack each corner of the front and see if the wheel and tire will "shake" by trying to move the top of the tire in and out. On rear wheel drive vehicles, the rear axel will move in and out or op and down. If you spin the rear tire you may hear the grinding noise. Change that bearing where it moves or is noisy.

I have a 2005 ford focus hatchback.manual trans.it started sounding loud when i started to accelerate like a loud exhust had it checked said the cat was going out so they replaced the cat and manifold and...

You did not mention the muffler which is the most important one for keeping the noise down. The cat, converter's primary function is pollution control, not noise and if you had a bad manifold you would have a racket even when you were idling. Was the muffler changed ? If not then that was probably the problem in the first place.

When breaking my 2010 ford focus has a loud kocking noise from rear

I would pull the wheels and look for something loose on the brakes, such as a spring or self adjuster. Also look at the backing plate to see if it is tight.
Keep in mind it may be something covered by the car's warranty.

Exaught manafold leak

You state that car makes a loud noise when driving. Do you notice the sound more when you accelerate? If yes, then it could be either the exhaust manifold gasket or the donut gasket. The donut gasket is where the exhaust pipe connects to the exhaust manifold.
