The code is cooling fan fault. Could be bad cooling fan, bad sensor(s) (there's more than 1 for your fan. Have a good shop look at it for you, it can get pretty detailed for diagnosis.

The relays should be in the fuse relay box in the engine compartment. The codes mean the computer tries to activate the fans and nothing happens. Could be the relays or a wiring problem.

the ect sensor could also present this code because the vehicle is thinking that the vehicle is not getting hot enough to trigger the fans to kick on. a perfect way to see this is to try and get a scanner on the vehicle with live data feed so you can see what that sensor is reading
codes descriptions are:
PO003: Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Low
MAP PO0108 : would indicate a fault in the MAP sensor circuit.
