Question about Ford F-150
Normally and if you are lucky, replacing the plugs will fix it. If you don't know when its had its last tuneup, giving it a complete tune up on that year car would be recommended) (replacing the plugs wires, distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve and go all the way and change the oil and filter.) (tip) Old plug wires break easy when removing them from the plugs.
