You will have to loosen tentioner to get belt off of all pulleys. Then you need to jack up engine or pick up engine with a lift of some kind, just enough to hold engine in place while you remove upper engine mount, this has to be done so as to slip belt past mount and off engine. Then put new belt in position and bolt mount back in place. Release jack or lift. I usually put belt back on everything but alternator, pull on tensioner and roll back over alternator. This is on a 3100 engine, or 3.1 liter.
