Definition of P0420 is catalyst below threshold. This is indicative of (among other things) a converter that is not working as efficiently as it should be (according to specs). Catalytic converters are not normally a "wear" type item, that is they are not deisgned to wear out and need replacement. If they have failed, it is likely due to something else that caused it to fail.
P0447 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Open. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has detected an open within the circuit that controls the vent valve or solenoid for evaporative emission systems vapor.
this is one that will need to be taken in for diagnostics, It is an EVAP System problem.. there are a few test that will need to be performed to help identify the probem.. a smoke test will be very useful here
This error means that there is a leak in the evaporator system. Check first the gas cap if it is worn out and check for the lines that goes to and from the gasoline tank.

This vent circuit is call the CCV (Canister Close Valve). This valve normally stays 'OPEN' to allow outside air flow through the charcoal canister, which absorbs fuel vapors when you put gas in the tank, then the engine vacuum pulls air through it to recollect the fuel vapors and burn them in the cylinder combustion process.
There is a two-pin connector connector plugged into/connected to the CCV. Perhaps it somehow disconnected itself or some foreign object damage the wire harness breaking the connection (circuit 'open' condition), which would set this code. Another possibility is the CCV coil (Solenoid) has an open coil/contacts in it. Regardless, before you start throwing money after parts, have it properly diagnosed first. The problem may simply be a loose/oxidized connection/contact between the CCV and the ECU.
your continually removing the battery terminal is what is causing the problem
the ECM cpu program is continually being corrupted by the terminal removal and when you wipe the codes ( read it as reset the ECM) it works fine until you touch the terminal again
permanent solution is ---leave the battery terminal alone
