I'm receiving a No communication with ECM code when I hook up my OBD2 ? What do you have ,cheap code reader ? Need a professional grade type - one that will read codes - communicate with all the modules on the vehicle . BCM, ABS , SRS , Instrument cluster ,HVAC , Radio etc... One of those or all will have U codes stored , a wiring diagram is going to help you . Do you know what U codes are ? instead of grounds is there battery voltage at pin 16 in DLC ?
Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info year , make ,model etc..... Under system click on electrical distribution ,then under subsystem click on power distribution. First diagram - ECM - B fuse left side > no B+ voltage there ? Problem inside the fuse box .

Your question is a little broad. Can you tell us the problem? If your having a problem with ignition or fuel system, something like that, I can help with wiring diagrams. If you need voltage and ground for pcm, I can't help with that. Can you narrow the problem down, a little?
To post a diagram of every little wire that comes off the pcm and show where it goes, is too much for me.
Hey Shane , sorry you cant get the whole diagram that would be a lot of pages , you can narrow your search and go to ( images of wiring diagrams ) and include vehicle info
I think the 2004 Accent only came with a 1.6 liter engine as far as I know. In any case below is as much information I have as far as your code including a wiring diagram of that circuit (CMP sensor). The wiring diagram doesn't tell the wire colors but does tell you where the wire goes or what "pin" number it is at the connectors. I included the connectors which is by number and marked the ECM connector for you. I had a picture of the CMP sensor location but not the ECM location but can tell you the ECM connector is located behind the dash fuse panel. Hope this helps....
what is the car doing?? by you saing "need a ECM diagram?" what is the problem with the car. that car is pretty bulletproof and I have't seen any ECM issues unless your A/C drain is clogged up and water leaked onto/into your ECM frying it up. Let me know what your symptoms are.
