thanks,

a blown fuse can cause the obd ll port not to work check the fuses under the hood and replace the blown one than rescan ur truck because a blown port fuse usually doesnt set off the service engine light
You have a "Service engine soon" light on?? possible faulty IAC valve or ignition components: cam or crank sensor intermittent failure. Typically these engines experience crank sensor failure which may cause random hard starts, stalling, poor fuel mileage. Note that not all issues will happen if these components fail!! Also cam or crank failure may or may not activate the "service engine soon" indicator.
could be fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, o2 sensor though not usually all of a sudden. could also be that the distributor may have loosened and turned a 16th of an inch or more which would have caused this as well. check this by making sure your number one plug wire on the distributor is toward the number one plug on the motor. also you could have jumped time. check your belt or chain.
Need to get scanned to verify what codes are stored that set off engine light. Autozone or advance autoparts usually will scan free of charge to get codes. The throttle position sensor or wire to it may have issues. They would cause trans shifting problems. Get it scanned first though to see what codes are present.
If your battery starts turns the engine over, it is doing it's job well. It sounds like your engine computer is not liking the cold engine. If it has been a while since a tune up, it would not hurt to go ahead and do it, but if it runs ok after it warms up, I sould not worry about it a whole lot. When the engine is cold, the egr valve and other things that are made to limit polution tend to stick and give the computer bad readings. A serious tune up may fix it, and I think should, but you MAY still be in the same boat! That does not FIX it for you, but should ease your mind on the light.
11= Timing belt skipped 1 tooth or more from initial learned value,
Intermittent loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor, No
crank reference signal detected during engine cranking for dodge odb readout. Hope this helps.
