Radio code for reanult clio

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Renault service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

Removing seat fitted with airbag from a 2001 Renault Clio

It is best that you disconnect the negative battery terminal while disconnecting & removing or reinstalling the seat.

Be sure to ground yourself by touching metal when going to unplug any harness in a computer controlled vehicle to prevent static discharge. (the airbag is connected throught the harness you are removing and any spark that would hit that wire, could trigger the airbag to deploy)
good luck

Car wont start - starter only turns for seconds, then cuts out

Very common problem mate. Get the TDC crank sensor replaced. Of course it will drive you crazy until replaced. Takes time until it fails completely. Cheers
