Unfortunately you should bring it to a dealer. When the air bag goes off there's crash sensors that need replacing and system needs to be reset. If you were in an accident your insurance should cover it.

Most likely you replaced the clock spring and air bag module right? Well when the srs deploys you also have seatbelt pre-tensioners that are part of the whole retractor assembly and cannot be repaired. Ie either side retractors are not working right , then you need to replace according to chrysler corp.
Hi there ,think you will find you will need to reset the engine management system as it records the fact the air bags are deployed and thus safety feature is not to let he vehicle start as it thinks it still has deployed air bags,either a good auto electricion or dare i say fords.
For the airbag light situation to be resolved you need the airbag code to be deciphered from a scantool that can read airbag codes,,If the alternator has low output it would turn on also the ABS light,If the car was flooded it is posible that the control module did short out its location in in the center bottom console
If there is an air bag in the steering wheel - do not attempt to access the switch. If the air bag deploys, it can kill you. If it deploys and does not hurt or kill you - it will hurt your bank account. They are expensive to replace. Please leave this one to the experts.
It is possible. The system will give codes and point them into the right direction. If it is seatbelts ( I know it seems strange) it is because they may have a charge to them, meaning that they use a sensor (to let the system know when it is latched) and when there is an accident the system deploys airbags as well as releasing a charge to retract the belts and keep you well against the seats to prevent further injury by coliding with the airbag. Replace the latch and have them reset the system. Make they know that they are telling you that this "fixes" the system not they are going to replace parts until the light goes out! Let me know.

You need to take it to a dealer before it deploys. The warning can mean a bumper sensor is bad, the system has detected a leak in the air bag, or the firing system in one of the airbags has lost connection. The dealer would be able to tell where the problem is and you would not want the bag to deploy while you are working on it yourself.
you need to takee into a certified mechanic , if you mess with the air bag system and it deploys no one will work on it . the cost to replace your airbag system could be easily 2500.00
