I think Bowsers meant to say you can't, as the battery is located in the trunk on the right side next to the spare tire

Trying to jump my Mercedes clk from under the hood because the truck is powered and can't get to my battery.

Do you mean the Trunk is powered?
Can you reach the starter terminal?
See the heavy lead coming to the starter?
If so, carefully attach a positive jump lead, connect to another car or battery positive, connect the negative lead from the car/battery to a clean engine casting , then open the trunk and jump the car as normal.

Cannot find the battery location for Benz gl450

In the GL450 MB the battery is located under the front passenger seat. There are charging terminals under the hood on the right side. Look in the owners' manual under "Jump-Starting"

Need to open trunk, battery dead and no mechanical key. 2001 Mercedes S-class.

I am hoping you don't have the doors locked.
Open the hood and there will be a HOT point (jump station) under the hood. It will usually be housed in red plastic. Jump start it there and all should be a go from there.
Good luck!

The battery is dead on my 1997 S500 Mercedes. HELP!!!! I can't charge the battery unless I can get into the trunk. The trunk won't open. Evidently trunk is automatic based on a charged battery. Any...

Look under your hood, you will find contact points for jump starting. If you have a battery charger, you can connect it to those jumper points, and that will give you enough juice to operate the trunk lock.

Widow w/ E430 Mercedes dead battery. Can't get hood to pop. Does battery affect this? The battery is completely dead. Can't open trunk with key either to get to my manual.

THE HOOD IS MECHANICAL MEANING ITS JUST A WIRE PULLING A LATCH. HAVE SOMEONE PULL UP ON THE HOOD AS YOU PULL THE LEVER TO OPEN THE HOOD. IF THE BATTERY IS DEAD THEN GO TO THE REAR SEAT. ON BOTH SIDE RIGHT AND LEFT, JUST UNDERNEATH THE REAR SEATS ARE THESE LITTLE HOLES . FIT YOUR FINGERS IN THERE AND PRESS UP ON THE SEAT. DO THE SAME TO THE OTHER ISDE. THE BATTERY IS THERE UNDER ALL THAT STUFF. JUMP IT FROM THERE.
