Go to a shop like an Auto Zone and have them put the OBD 2 diagnostic tester to it. It sounds like either a Throttle Position Sensor or a bad Exhaust Gas Recirculator valve. It may be something worse, like a bad injector, but the OBD 2 scan codes will tell what the computer knows.
BMW 318i are actually not too hard to replace the sensors on by yourself, but you can consult a shop if you feel more confident to let them do it.

Where is the transmission fluid reservoir on a 1994 bmw318i auto

The only reservoir is the transmission itself. If you can find the transmission dipstick...you have the fill tube. Use a funnel and do not overfill.

I have lost my car key for BMW318i

Contact a dealer, with proof you own the car. They will make you another for a fee. Have two made up and put one away.
