Yes, it can be the plug, but you can check it with a test light when the engine is hot to see if there is voltage. It might also be the cooling fan relay.

i checked all fuses, and the relay.. i even replaced them... their are good.. i bought a new thermo switch ...BUT... i found the problem.. its the thermostat... this is what i did..
I got the old thermo switch pluged it into the harness. then i got a small blow torch thing, added heat and the fan turned on....i turned the car on and notice the bottom hose was way cooler than the one on top... so i think its the thermostat... gonna replace it tonight..!!..thanks guys for ur quick answers...

Hmmm maybe its a bit more simple,, check the fan fuse in the fuse box under the hood.. there is also a relay there as well that controlls it,, check both,, BTW the fan only turns on when the engine turns a certain temperature
