Question about 1999 Chevrolet 3500
Check the actual power battery cable make sure it clean from acid and that there is no frags on it
make sure all lines have tight connection
bad starter is the reason you have a light comen on it probably lodged its self in the starter plate teeth
make sure that its not a coded key
if coded key make that wiring has not come loose so that vehicle can read key
these are basics but would like a little more info on what happened before the vehicle didnt start
like does it turn over things like this
