Well if the fuel system is dirty remove fuel filter drain tank and remove fuel level sensor, remove tank and use a fuel tank repair kit cleaner then reinstall with new filter and you should be set.

1995 2.7 td cleaned injector pump filter ran fantastic for a week or so then started to cut out and now wont start

First, did you also change the secondary filter on the engine? Here's a post that shows its location (for turbo engine, but yours probably similar): https://www.benzworld.org/forums/w124-e-ce-d-td-class/1419818-1995-e300-diesel-fuel-filters.html
Also check the filter that you cleaned again -- if it's dirty, that means rust or debris from the fuel tank or fuel line is coming loose.
If you can access the fuel pump (usually inside the gas tank), they often have a flexible mesh filter to catch big stuff that can be removed and cleaned (or replaced, if there are holes in it).
But if the problem recurs, you'll probably need to remove the fuel tank and get it "boiled" to remove the rust and other stuff. And you might as well replace the fuel line, while you're at it.
Finally, a bunch of gunk in the gas tank can definitely shorten the life of the fuel pump, especially if the mesh filter wasn't capturing all the debris.

My 1997Honda Accord not picking up speed?

Do you have any warning lights on your dashboard? A warning light will indicate whether a sensor is faulty - and there are many sensors which control fuel/air and throttle position, including an oxygen sensor on the catalytic converter.

If there are no warning lights on your dashboard start with the the things that are easy to check and you can fix yourself, cheaply.

Check the condition of your air filter. A dirty or clogged air filter causes the car to run rich - just like driving with the choke on. It doesn't cause you just to use more fuel - it also makes the car sluggish.

A vacuum in the fuel tank can 'hold back' the fuel and make the fuel pump struggle to supply fuel up to the engine. The usual cause of a vacuum in the fuel tank is a blocked breather tube that runs from the tank to atmosphere - it can get clogged by road dirt thrown up from the wheel.

If there's no breather tube, air is allowed into the tank via a small hole in the rubber seal on the fuel cap. If the seal perishes or becomes dirty that breather hole can become blocked.

A very quick check is to simply remove the fuel filler cap and take the car for a drive. Has it made any difference?

The fuel pump itself (it is usually located in the fuel tank) may be failing and is unable to supply fuel at sufficient pressure. The fuel filter may also need changing.

The EGR (exhaust gas recycler) valve may need cleaning (or replacing).

Do the simple - and cheap - things yourself. Check air filter.. vacuum in fuel tank.

Some sound advice is not to change component after component in the hope that it will cure the problem. Give a mobile mechanic a call - these guys are usually very good and cheaper than a workshop. It'll save you money in the longer run

How do I install a fuel pump on a 2000 ford Explorer

disconnect all fuel lines to the tank, vacuum hoses to tank and electrical connections at tank, fuel filler hose from gas cap. support the fuel tank and undo the tank straps then lower the fuel tank(it will be heavy). clean surface of tank from dirty then undo the locking ring that holds the tank unit to the tank and remove the unit. I think on this model of truck the complete unit gets changed not just the pump. assembly in reverse.

you may have dirt in the fuel tank that has come loose after using the cleaner.you may have to have the fuel tank removed and cleaned as well as the fuel lines flushed out(blown out) to get all the dirt out of the system.when filling the tank you have induced fresh clean fuel that is pumped through the system before the level gets low enough that it starts pumping the dirt in the bottom of the tank, the fuel filter is located under the car on the passenger side along the frame rail ahead of the fuel tank.it is round in shape and about 3.5"long.you may need the injectors cleaned in case dirt has gotten that far.

97 honda civic wont start.

If the car has over 100,000 miles on it, you may need to replace the distributer. I don't think the bad gas caused this issue I think it may just be a coincdence. But if you already changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor, I would definetly check the distributor.
