Revving My 1995 Eagle Summit DL 1.5L started yesterday to revv up and down by itself when idling. Intervals are very short in between up and down. It sound like pushing the gas for like a second and releasing it. Any ideas what it could be and how much it should be to fix it.

Faulty idle air control valve. After you replace it you will need to reset the computer by disconnecting the ground cable on the battery for 30 seconds then re-install it and start it up it should run fine.
The automatic transmission fluid is added through the hole that the dipstick fits into on the end of the tranny. It is recommended that you do a complete change of the fluid at 40,000 mile intervals for the tranny to shift correctly. You need a long funnel and my owners manual for 1994 eagle summit ES says 6.3 quarts of ATF+3. If it's a manual tranny you use 75w-90 GL4 hypoid gear oil 1.9 Quarts.
You should check your engine's AIR hoses that are connecting to the airbox. sometimes a simple airleak will be enough to alter your idle. Specially when its cold the car will already idle rough ( I know im canadian lol). So go check your air hoses ;)
