Your motor is probably bad. You can take door panel apart and gain access to the motor. Check wires; the wires both at the motor and the wires running through the door to the truck body. More likely the motor is bad.
Check to make sure the motors are moving hot to cold. The blinking control panel means it has self diag mode. Google how to get the heater control panel to go into self diag mode and when you get codes goggle them too . Prob bad control panel switch or unit
Yes you do, once it is removed and the weather protection is removed you should be able to see what the problem is
either the drive gear on the motor is stripped or the cable has broken
may also be something simple like a clip has broken

Well this will tell you that the door that directs the air flow in not moving fully into position.Either the motor that moves the door is not working correctly or there is something obstructing the door.We had mice build a nest in the air ducts and would only do heat any other selection would make the arrow flash until we cleaned it out.Well hope this helped.
