Waterpump went bad its been replaced but still over heating

have you bled the system at all?

could be fan not working,fluid level low ,thermostat bad. waterpump fails or head or headgasket bad....things that can cause this

Sounds like the waterpump went bad.

sounds like electric door motor is bad in front of the heater core. door is'nt opening

Common causes for over heating are listed below:

1. Lack of coolant
2. Leaking radiator (usually on a seam)
3. Leaking coolant line (usually but not always around the fitting)
4. Bad thermostat - prevents sufficient coolant from entering the system from the reservoir
5. Bad waterpump (will usually leak but not always, can be bad waterpump bearing)

your thermastat went bad replace thermastat

The first thing is to check the coolant level, make sure engine is cold beefore removing the radiator cap, then start car with cap off and add as much as needed, this problem is not a bad thermostant, a bad thermostant would overhaet but would give heat, even if it was stuck open the heat would take while to get hot but then car wouldnt overheat, this problem one one of these problems, . low coolant or a bad waterpump, i have seen a few like this and the waterpump propeller rots away and coolant cant circulate, the last thought would be a bad head gasket but you would get heat when driving, so if coolant isnt low then waterpump is bad. hope this is helpful.

TRY: TURN ON HEATER CONTROL TO PURGE AIR FROM HEATER CORE

It is very likely the overheating has blown the cylinder head gasket and coolant is getting into cylinders or compression is leaking from cylinder to cylinder or both, you will need to remove the cylinder head and have it checked for warp-age and shaved flat by a machine shop if ness, and replace heat gasket.

anti freeze has rust because these have crappy heater cores mine has been pressure cleaned 3 times this year oil on plug is vave cover leak mine is leaking as well when you replace waterpump on this car you should replace timing belt as well as waterpump runs on timing belt as far as it not starting check to see if you have spark if not check crank sensor
