99's were noted for bad bearing in distributor throwing brown dust on the optical sensor in distributor. Replace distributor. $200 on ebay for reman. Used - get only 99-02 distributor.

My 1999 Nissan Quest cuts out after it warms up. Then if I go to stop it will stall, but it will start right back up. Whats the problem?

it's the distributor. Replace it. On ebay, buy reman from Rich Porter. It is better than a new one.
