I have a 1992 Holiday Rambler with a BB 454 chevy. I believe it is the 7.4 gas. I would like to know if you can tell me the number 1 position on the distributer cap?? Thanks

Looking from the center back of the engine forward this should be the terminal at about 1 o'clock on the cap. The fireing order is 18436572

Show diagram for sparkplug wiring on 1996 chevy 3500 454 engine

1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 GM motors are numbered on the driver side as 1-3-5-7 and on the passenger side as 2-4-6-8. These numbered cylinder go from the front of the motor toward the back. Hope this helps.

1365472, 1 3 5 7 are on the pasengers side 2 4 6 8 are on the drivers side.
