Hi the problem maybe that the teeth have run in the connection to the motor where the wiper arm connects to it, you have a couple of options, one, replace the motor and the connection is part of it and you cannot just change that part, or two, check the wiper arm to see if it is just the arm or the connection has run its teeth, if its the wiper arm you will be ok, just replace that and they are relatively cheap from main dealer, or if you want a quick temp fix, at the bottom of the wiper arm there is a cap you lift up to get to the nut under it, undo the nut and pull the wiper arm upwards, it should then just pull off the connection, you can inspect both parts when this is off, if it is the connection and not the arm you can do this as a quick fix, locate a drinks can dose not matter which, cut out a piece roughly the size in width to the connection , cut it down so it will rap around the connection and not overlap, then return the wiper arm and tap it back on till you have enough thread showing to put the nut back on and tighten as normal, be careful cutting the can as it will be very sharp and a normal par of scissors will do the trick, hope this helps
Turn your wipers off, using the stalk on the left side of your steering column. Turn your ignition off and remove the key.
Pull the wiper blade up to lift it to the service position. Pull the front part of the blade down to position it at an angle.
Pull back the lock pin on the center part of the wiper blade (where it connects to the wiper arm). This unlocks the blade from the wiper arm.
Grasp the blade on each side and pull it down (away from the extended wiper arm) to release it from the "U" clip.
Repeat the process for the other wiper blade, if desired. Removing the driver's side and passenger's side wiper blade is the same.
Install the new wiper blade. Open the lock pin on the new blade, and then insert it into the wiper arm "U" clip. Close the lock pin and lower the wiper blade to its normal position.
