The voluum control is bad and needs a replacement to control the sound. It has happened to me also on this year vehicle years back. I went and purchased a used radio which worked fine. Aftermarket replacements are good also but very time consuming to install

make sure the speaker is not damage first...I don't think you can add an adapter to the factory radio...try finding another used amp at the salvage yard or eBay
What fuse is that? For the windows or the radio, or what? I think you have a short. Look for broken wires in the passenger door opening. Don't just look, but examine every wire in that harness. If you cannot find it, a tech will have to use a voltmeter or short finder to trace and check the wiring.
Test the relais condenser and replace , and test again if the fuse is blown. Otherwise you must go to the repair shop. The short is the most difficult are to isolate. You will need a VOM.
Is it after market radio? Check connections from radio to speakers and at the speaker(s) Door slamming knocks wiring loose. Also bad antenna lead can do it also since most radios get ground from antenna.
It may be the pre amp in the radio, happened to me in my 03 sierra, it "sometimes" happens because it gets warm/ hot, pretty soon it will cut out all together.
The sound chip may have gone in the stereo, especially if someone has had it on very loud they sometimes blow, otherwise you have 2 speaker wires touching each other, that way you only get static noise, insidee the door they sometimes come free and touch the body
I disconnected the amp and ran jumper wires for the proper speakers (two wires per speaker eight total) . Basically I bypassed the amp now all speakers work and sound fine.
