Need a diagram for 2000 madza relpacing timing broken belt.

It is not adjustable, It is preadjusted buy the timeing belt when it is installed on the engine the timeing marks are on the engine block,

first u need to check to see if the engine is a interference motor that means if the belt breaks the pistons will slam into the valves in the cylinder head an ruin the motor...but no matter what if u dont have expert experience on timing belts u need to take this to a experienced tech..but timing belt books r availble at most auto parts stores

If you dont have much money, guessing what parts to change gets expensive. First, you need to verify if it has fuel pressure and spark, that will lead you in the direction to start looking for the problem. Pull 1 spark plug wire off and see if it will jump a 1/2" gap, If so, thats good. If no spark, make sure the cam is turning, you may have a broken timing belt.
