You could pull the serpentine belt and run the engine to see if the noise continues. The bearing for one of the pulleys could be failing, including the water pump and alternator. It could also be the fan and fan clutch on the water pump.
Could this clicking sound be coming from the engine area? Hemi's are known for breaking exhaust manifold bolts and making a clicking sound which is a exhaust leak..
Your flywheel could be cracked. If it is you probably won't be able to see it. I had this problem myself. All you can do is change it. Even after I had the thing off and held it in my hands I couldn't see the crack. I would never have figured it out except I just happened to ask the right Old Guy.
First let me say that at 7000 miles no noise is completely normal, make sure the dealer noted the problem so if it becomes a defect your covered, second, with it being so new, anything you might do on your own could void your warrenty!!! That being said, i would start with only using a high octane fuel, as low grade fuels are known to cause valve ping, this is probably what your hearing, if after a few tanks of high octane it still continues, take it back to the dealer, if they give you the same story, go to another dodge dealer, ALL dodge dealers will look at it, and if you tell them the people you bought it from are ignoring your problem they will be more than happy to get your business and tell you the truth, good luck!
I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with the same problem, vibrating blow fan when on high, pulled the blower fan out and found a piece of the hinge from the recirculation door and felt the recirculation door sitting up on the vent of its hinge. Crappy engineering once again.
