Left wheel bearing or either CV axle,(left or right) Axles usually make the vibration turn left or right. Bearings will get loader turning. When you turn right, the pressure is on the left side.
Motor Mounts
Transaxle Mounts
Front CV Drive Axles
Loose or Worn Front Suspension Parts
Steering Rack Mounts
Steering Rack Inner Tie Rods
Top Bearing Plates on Struts
Do Some Front Brake Work
This sounds like either a wheel bearing has gone bad or, if your car is front or all-wheel drive, you have a half-axle going. Either of these can leave you stranded when they fail completely, and they can be dangerous. Get this noise checked out by a competent mechanic now!
Rob, assuming this is a 4X4? Sounds like a bearing. They can vibrate, snap, clunk, all kinds of terrible noises or vibrations. Axle u joints will also do this. Is it all wheel drive?
If the axle nut was put on with an air gun, then the new bearing many be ruined or the other bearing is bad,or the drive axle was bad as well,or ruined as well, with all the work that took place.
Without driving the vehicle, it is hard to say for sure. However, there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that is published by Honda that involves your transmission limiter tabs (part of the rear transmission mount) causing a vibration while accelerating.
The TSB number is 04-070. I can send you a complete copy of the TSB if you want to post an email address. Or you can also probably get your local dealer to print you out a copy if you don't want your email address posted online. (recommended)
you could have more than one problem the vibration accelrating maybe an inner cv joint ,if you just had the tires replace and an aligment done they should have checked the front end for worn out ball joint and tierods but the wheel bearing may not have any movment but can still make noise
if the noise isassociated with "wheel speed" then it is in the rolling parts... axle hub bearing brake rotor caliper wheel or tires...if it goes away on right turns then you are unloading or separating the issue then...so a hub /wheel bearing /axle issue is most likely...does your brake pedal pulse when you feel it..(riding the brake while driving)..does the steering wheel shimmy ?
